New design of Beach Residence for the Foli Family with emphasis on 180 degrees sea view, construction technology, sustainability, entertainment and green building solutions.
The brief is to design a high-tech house and to break away from the conventional approach to building houses in Africa and to ensure efficiency within the functioning of the house, emphasis was to be given to alternative Energy Efficiency solutions and the integration and interfacing of private realms and public realms.
