A commission for the development of high density mixed-use Commercial and retail development at 26ha in extent within an affluent location in East London.

This project consists of the provision of High Density A grade office park, Multi-Level Upmarket Retail Component, High Density Upmarket Residential Component, High Density Commercial Component, Health Club and a 3ha Recreational Green Park interlinking all amenities.
